The ICDR is the leader in international dispute resolution, managing cases in
state-of-the-art offices and hearing centers all over the world, including New York, Singapore, Houston, and Miami. In addition, access to hearing facilities is available through its global network of 85 cooperative agreements.
International parties utilize the ICDR services to help resolve their cross-border disputes in industries from aerospace to construction to energy, appreciating that the experienced ICDR Case Management team, including the ICDR executives, are working and available to ensure an efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution process.
The ICDR-AAA has entered into cooperative agreements with varied Institutions throughout the world, with the intent to promote the advancement of arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). To that end, ICDR and the institutions exchange information and publications; facilitate lectures of mutual interest; upon request recommend suitable individuals to serve as an arbitrators or mediators on particular cases; and provide assistance in the logistics pertaining to hearing room facilities, hotels, translation, teleconference, and transcription services.
